If, however, you need to return a product, our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please review the conditions below to ensure eligibility for a refund. Kindly note that refunds cannot be processed after this 14-day period.

To ensure compliance with these criteria, all returns will undergo inspection. This includes assessing the packaging and verifying attached tags. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denial of the refund. Please note, perishable goods cannot be returned.
For a refund to be processed, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@asharmarket.com to obtain a shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA.
A flat rate of $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Any damage incurred due to improper packaging may result in a rejected refund.
All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
