Return & Refund Policy

At Ashar Market, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to receive products that meet your needs. If, however, you need to return a product, our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please review the conditions below to ensure eligibility for a refund. Kindly note that refunds cannot be processed after this 14-day period.

Refund Criteria

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Defective Product: The product should have a defect.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused.
  • Undamaged: The product must not be damaged.
  • Product Tags: Any attached product tags must remain intact.

To ensure compliance with these criteria, all returns will undergo inspection. This includes assessing the packaging and verifying attached tags. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denial of the refund. Please note, perishable goods cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase

For a refund to be processed, a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of purchase.

Shipping Items

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@asharmarket.com to obtain a shipping label and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will only be accepted with a valid RMA.

A flat rate of $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Any damage incurred due to improper packaging may result in a rejected refund.

Restocking Fee

All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
